Kusum Kangru peak(6,360m) is a mountain of the Khumbu region of the Himalayan in Nepal, according to the Sherpa Language Kusum Kangru means “Three Snow Good” that refers to the Triple Summit of the mountains.
Kusum Kangru Peak was opened as a climbing trekking peak in Nepal under Ministry of Nepal Tourism Board. It is located at Mahalangur range in Everest region at Solukhumbu district. It is one the most popular adventure trail of Nepal which offers best opportunity to explore an awe-inspiring scenery mountain views such as Everest, Makalu, Thamserku, Lhotse, Nuptse, Amadablam and Khangtega, also you can explore the Rhododendron forests along with pines. It also gives you best chance to discover an amazing wildlife, flora and fauna as well as you could be able to get know about the Sherpa ethnic and their way of life style and culture. Some peak of Nepal is taken as one of the easier peak climbing whereas some are comparatively challenging to summit. Kusum Kangru peak climbing is technically considered as one of the challenging trails of Nepal. So that, it is suggested only for those climbers who have Knowledge and experienced in alpine mountaineering.
Kusum Kangru Peak is remarkable rock and ice peak that forms the border between the Dudhkosi in the South part and Hinku Valley to the North part.There are several routes to summit the Kusum Kangru but some of the main routes to approach the Kusum Kangru peak such as South ridge and North Ridge. You will begin your journey towards the Kusum Kangru peak climbing fly from Kathmandu. The mountain is the main source of the Kusum Khola or Thado Koshi Khola that flows westward to merge with the Dudh Khosi at the village of Thado Koshi. Kusum Kangru is one of the first high snowy mountains which could be seen while trekking towards the Jiri to Everest Base camp.
As you undertake trip towards Kusum Kanguru peak climbing, you will pass through Lukla, Chutanga, Tuli Kharka, Tashing Ongma, Tangnag and Kusum kanguru base camp. Kusum Kangru peak climbing itinerary is specially designed to allow for gradual ascend and proper acclimatization by our professional climbers.

Flight to Lukla (2,840m) then trek to Chutanga.
Rest day at Chutanga for Acclimatization.
Trek from Chutanga to Tuli Kharka (4,400m).
Trek from Tuli Kharka to Tashing Ongma (3,600m).
Trek from Tashing Ongma to Tangnag (4,350m).
Rest day at Tangnag for Acclimatization.
Trek from Tangnag to Kusum Kangru Base Camp (4,360m).
Trek from base camp to High camp I (5,100m)
Rest day at High camp I for Acclimatization.
Climb High camp I (5,100m) to Higher camp (5,600m)
Summit Kusum Khangru (6,360m) and back to base camp.
Trek from Kusum Khangru base camp to Tashmg Ongma.
Trek from Tashmg Ongma to Tuli Kharka.
Trek from Tuli Kharka to Lukla.
Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu directly transfers to the Hotel & evening will be farewell dinner at typical Nepali restaurant.
