Our certified guides are trained in emergency procedures, evacuation, and first aid, prioritizing your safety. Insurance and medical services are part of our commitment.

Field Staffs Rules:

Your safety and comfort require an adequate number of staff, including guides, porters, drivers, and assistant guides. A guide is assigned to every trip, with one assistant guide per 4-9 guests and two for every group of 10. Porter allocation is at a ratio of 1:2 guests, ensuring the load is manageable. Your security is our primary concern from the moment of arrival. Our staff will assist you at the airport, arrange your hotel transfer, and provide remedial services, including first aid, oxygen bags, and helicopter services for emergencies. Acclimatization days are incorporated to mitigate altitude sickness.

Best Season to Trek in Nepal:

Autumn (September - November) and spring (March - May) offer the best trekking conditions, with clear weather and moderate temperatures. Summer (June - August) and winter (December - February) present specific opportunities for unique treks, such as rain shadow areas and winter trails.

Experience & Fitness:

Trekking can be challenging, requiring some level of fitness and experience. While Everest Base Camp Trek doesn't demand extreme fitness, certain routes may be more challenging. Adequate rest time and acclimatization are crucial, and general fitness training, including running and skipping, can be beneficial.

Acclimatization:

Altitude sickness is a concern when trekking at higher elevations. Proper acclimatization, good health practices, and staying hydrated help prevent altitude-related issues. We incorporate acclimatization days into the trek itinerary and provide medical support and emergency rescue services if needed.

Eco Friendly:

At Himalayan Magic Treks, we prioritize environmental conservation. We actively participate in programs such as Kathmandu Environmental Education Project (KEEP) and advocate for a clean environment. We encourage our clients to adhere to eco-friendly practices, including proper waste disposal during treks.

Tailor-Made Itinerary:

Unforeseen challenges, like natural calamities, health issues, or other complications, may necessitate changes to the itinerary. In such situations, cooperation with your guide and the team is essential for a smooth and successful trek.
