Everest Base Camp Trek + Marathon on May 29, 2026 Itinerary:
15 May 2026 Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu 1,310 m, Welcome program by Himalayan Magic Treks member at the Kathmandu airport and direct transfer to Hotel Single Hyatt Guest Room Stupa View with Breakfast
16 May 2026 Day 02: Domestic Flight from Ramechhap to Lukla 2,828 m. 35 minutes and 3 ½ hours trek to Phakding 2,610 m. Overnight at Tribeni Lodge
17 May 2026 Day 03: Trek to Namche Bazaar 3,440 m, 5 ½ hours overnight at Lodge with Attached Room
18 May 2026 Day 04: Rest day 3,440 m for acclimatization Overnight at Lodge with Attached Room
19 May 2026 Day 05: Trek to Tengboche 3,867 m, 5 ½ hours overnight at Lodge
20 May 2026 Day 06: Trek to Dingboche 4,410 m, 5 ½ hours overnight at Lodge with Attached Room
21 May 2026 Day 07: Acclimitization Day in Dingboche
22 May 2026 Day 08: Trek to Chukung
23 May 2026 Day 09: Trek to Island Peak Base Camp
24 May 2026 Day 10: Summit Island Peak and return to Chukung
25 May 2026 Day 11: Trek to Lobuche 4,930 m. 5 hours overnight at Lodge
26 May 2026 Day 12: Trek to Gorakshep 5,140 m 3 ½ hours we have lunch then visit to Everest Base Camp 5,357m Back to Gorakshep. Overnight at Lodge (JOIN AT BASE CAMP)
27 May 2026 Day 13: Early morning climb to Kalapathar 5,545 m enjoy the incredible view of Mt Everest, Khumbase, Pumari, range of Chho - Yu, Khumbu Glacier Amadablam, Everest Base Camp etc then trek down to Pheriche 6 hours, Overnight at Lodge
28 May 2026 Day 14: Rest day at Goraksep and all preparation for the Marathon overnight at Lodge
29 May 2026 Day 15: Early morning after breakfast Running start Full Marathon (42KM) until Namche Bazaar overnight at Lodge with Attached Room
30 May 2026 Day 16: Rest Day at Namche Bazaar overnight at Lodge with Attached Room
31 May 2026 Day 17: Trek back to Lukla 7 hours overnight at Lodge with Attached Room
01 June 2026 Day 18: Flight back to Kathmandu via Ramechhap Airport 17 minutes, and transfer to Hotel Single Hyatt Guest Room Stupa View with Breakfast
02 June 2026 Day 19: Departure to airport for your onward destination
