Kathmandu Airport:

On your arrival day in Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA),  Kathmandu, our member of Himalayan Magic Treks will be waiting for you to receive in the exit gate with official Logo of our company. We would strongly suggest you to be aware of some people at the airport telling you anything to fool you for money especially the brokers so, please don’t trust unknown person but only your travel company's members as they are fully responsible for your traveling period in Nepal. Our company is always ready to help you anytime so, don't hesitate to call us if you have any problem. Another important thing is most of the Trekking agencies take less care of you as well as their responsibilities towards you.  So, choose better one with their clients review, professionalism, teamwork for the most enjoyable trip memory in your lifetime in Nepal.

We would like to inform you that we will exchange your money with better rates specially for our valuable guests as an extra service so that you don’t need struggle for  exchanging money; you just let us know and we will help you for the best place or bank but please bring cash above 50 or 100 bills because if you bring less than 50, you might get less rates.

Do I need a Guide?

No matter how experienced you are in outdoor environments, it is important to have an orientation to new areas. Ignorance costs lives. A qualified guide is a minimum requirement for safety and can also enhance your enjoyment and understanding of the region you are traveling as they double in companion and interpreter.

Environmental Concerns:

Use iodine treated drinking water instead of boiled or bottled; cook over kerosene; shower only in solar heated water and carry out all the rubbish that you use. Trek only with environment concerned companies. We also use plastic bag for collecting rubbish from Trekking to clean environment.

Time & Duration

Seek out impartial advice about how long the trek should take, bearing in mind heat and terrain. Beware of trekking agencies (or your travel companions) telling you can do it in less. On longer high altitude treks, you can ask for rest and altitude acclimatization days. Remember, slow and steady wins the race.

Support to the Rural Society

We are supporting Basa village community's two different School of  and Health post as well as needy children for their educational support. Last but not the least, by trekking with us, indirectly you will be supporting a big cause- the education. One of the most back-warded society in the Solukhumbu region in the village called Basa is depending upon the school which was established and is running by the government and is privately supported by Himalayan Magic Treks to help for their quality education. This is only supporting two school in this village which now takes up-to 12 grade children to provide them the most important thing in life- the education. Before many children were lacking the education due to the schools being far so, if anybody wants to do something special for the society please contact us.
