The Nar phu Mustang via Teri la Pass of 5,5595m along Nar & Phu both are alluring villages. This trek is daredevil and very calm and a wonderful high walking route. Only tented camping trek is possible to organize here.

There is high chance of getting snow and problem of headache but you will be 24 days trek so that it will be best trek. We will begin our trek from low place from Beshisahar-Dharapani-Thankchok-Meta-Phu and Nar Village. These places are located at low altitude, so you won’t be suffering from early altitude sickness. For the safety , you should bring satellite phone in a group, this is the one of the most fascinating villages, so it will be the best chance to observe and explore the  religions, settlement , people, yak pastures, high peaks, nomadic places, caves and the ancient trade route of the Mustang and Nar, Phu village and their traditions. Normally, inhabitants of the people are from Tibet so that culture and tradition of the inhabitants are influenced by the Tibetan culture. Passing along 5,595m of Teri La Pass that is one of the amazing trails from where, you can view the splendid view of the Mustang and Dhaulagiri mountains, Annapurna’s, Kusum Kangaru, Purtang Himalayan range. The best season for this trek is during the months of May to October but permit fees for $ 90(for Nar & Phu) + $ 500 for upper mustang per person. If you have a holiday for 24 days then this trip will be the best destination even thought even being its price little bit high.

Drive to Bensisahar by local van then drive to Koto by for wile jeep (2,610m) 8/9 hours overnight at Lodge

Trek to Trek to Kayang village (3,740m) 5/6 hours overnight at home stay.
