Makalu Base Camp Trekking is an awe-inspiring trekking destination of the eastern part of Nepal. The 5th world’s highest mountain Mt. Makalu, that is close to the Everest so that it is the most challenging and marvelous camping trail.

This region is blessed with incredible scenic nature, enormous diversity of Makalu due to lying at remote area as well as isolation, lack of the tea house so that trekkers will get home stay as an accommodation. So that it will be the best chance to observe their life style, traditional, culture and language. The main inhabitants of the trails are mostly Sherpa, Rai, Limbu and Brahman. This trekking trail will lead up to the north of the Arun river valley along the several villages such as Sedua and Num, four high passes via Khongma-La( 3603m), Keke-La(4,127m), Shipton-La (4,170m)  and Tutu-La (4,080m) into the upper Barun Khola(River). Where you can have breathtaking views of the Mt.Maklau(8,463m) but the second part of the trek is mist difficult and it’s almost impossible without having  professional and experienced staff.

Day 01Arrival at Kathmandu International Airport (TIA) 1,400m welcome program by Himalayan Magic  Treks Member than direct transfer to hotel in Kathmandu with Bed & Breakfast plan
Day 02Sightseeing in Kathmandu world Heritage sites Pasupatinath, Bouddhanath and Swayambhunath ( Monkey Temple) than back to Hotel overnight hotel on Bed and Breakfast plan
Day 03Fly to Tumlingtar (4,00m) 45 minutes then Jeep to Num (1,505 m) 3 ¾ hours overnight at home stay.
Day 04Trek to Sedwa (1,530m) 5/6hours overnight  at Home stay.
Day 05Trek to Tashigawn (2,065m) 4/5hours overnight at Home stay.
Day 06Rest day for acclimatization overnight at home stay.
Day 07Trek Khongma (3,562m) 6/7hours overnight at Home stay.
Day 08Trek to Mumbuk this day adventure day due to Khonma-la pass (3,823m), Tutu-la pass (4,056m), Shipton-la pass (4,220m), Keke-la pass (4,152m) then Mumbuk (3,550m) 6/7 hours overnight at home stay.
Day 09
Trek to Yangri Kharka (3,610m) 5/6 hours overnight at Home stay.
Day 10Trek to Langmale kharka (4,510m) 5/6 hours overnight at Home stay.
Day 11Trek to Makalu Base Camp (4,870m) 5/6 hours overnight at Home stay.
Day 12Explore day specially view of mountains glacier,overnight at Home stay.
