Mt. Kyazo Ri peak climbing is also called as Mt. Kyajo Ri (6,151m), it is one of the classic an isolated peak that situated in the Everest region. Nepal Mountaineering Association has been listed Mt. Kyazo -Ri under ‘’A” category mountains with an elevation of 6,151m and it is part of the peaks that separate Thame Valley from Gokyo valley. Kyazori Peak lies in the Mahalangur Range among a long line of peaks continuing all the way to Cho Oyu border between Nepal and Tibet.

Kyazori Peak is taken as the one of the highs trekking peaks on the Southern ridge made by the Thame and Gokyo Valleys to the east .whereas the Kyazo Ri southern part is highest summit of this ridge.  It is a beautiful mountain with a sharp defined summit and highest peak in is immediate vicinity. The Kyazo Ri was officially opened as a climbing peak by the Nepalese Ministry of Tourism In 2002.

First ascent of the Kyazo Ri was successfully ascended by the British team and there are only few routes are available to ascend the Mt. Kyazori peak from Both Machharmo side and the Mende side.  The route of the Kyazori trial actually ends unlike Lobuche East or Island Peak. While located in the middle of the Khumbu region it is surrounded by the spectacular summits and its dramatic views. Climbing Kyazo Ri is technically difficult. Whereas to reach to the Kyazo Ri, you will have to take flight from Kathmandu to Lukla then you will heads towards base of the Kyazo Ri. Kyazori base camp lies in a pristine, hidden valley Kyajo Drangka. Along the trail you will be visiting Namche Bazaar (3450m), can observe the capital of Sherpa people, their tradition and culture.

Day 01Arrival at Kathmandu (1,400m), welcome program by Himalayan Magic Treks member and direct transfer to Hotel in Kathmandu on Bed & Breakfast.
Day 02Free day in Kathmandu for preparation of the trip. Checking your climbing equipment, and discussing the climb with the climbing/trekking guide and overnight at hotel.
Day 03Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla & trek to Phakding (2,610m) 3/4hr and overnight at Lodge.
Day 04Trekking from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) 5/6hr overnight at Lodge.
Day 05Acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar
Day 06Trek to Mende (3,736 m/12,255 ft) 6/7 overnight at Lodge.
Day 07Trek to Kyajo Ri Base Camp (4,550m/ 14924ft)5/6 hr overnight at tented camp
Day 08Rest Day at Kyajo Ri Base Camp overnight at tented camp.
