Himlung Himal Expedition is one of the most recently opened as a climbing peak that lies between Massif Himalayan ranges of Manaslu and Annapurna. As a being of the most daredevil trails of Nepal, that takes you along the most striking remote and rugged villages of Nepal and Tibet Border.
Himlung expedition climbing permit was officially issued by Government of Nepal only after 1992. It has been successfully ascended by 3 adventure team among them 1 team was Japanese and other two teams were the French team. Interestingly this trail passes through the Tibetan Villages of Nar and Phu. Whereas the base Camp will be established at the height of 4900m that situated at the upper of one of meadow belong to Phu. Generally, there will be three high camps to reach the top of the summit of Himlung Himal expedition such as Camp I (5,450m), Camp II (6,000m) and Camp III (6,350m) etc. As it passes along high peaks and passes, glaciers, amazing landscapes, remote village and narrow gullies, dense forests, beautiful an ancient monastery and unique cultural settlements are the main attraction of this trail.
Himlung Himal expedition trail also offers us mysterious culture and scenery views of splendid views of mountains peaks like Nanda Devi, Api Himal, Kappa Chuli Peak Rajramba and may more other Himalayan mountains peaks. As being a technically not a challenging trial but all the climbers or mountaineers who are seeking for this daredevil trail must require some previous mountaineering experience as well as you must be physically and mentally fit also require the high level of endurance.
