Do I need a guide?

No matter how experienced you are in outdoor environments it is important to have an orientation to a new area. Ignorance costs lives. A qualified guide is a minimum safety requirement and can also enhance your enjoyment and understanding of the region as they double as companion and interpreter.

Environmental concerns:

Use iodine treated drinking water instead of boiled or bottled, cook over kerosene, shower only in solar heated water and carry out all the rubbish that you use. Trek only with environmentally responsible companies. We also using plastic bag for collecting rubbish from Trekking to environment clean.

Time & duration

Seek out impartial advice about how long the trek should take, bearing in mind heat and terrain. Beware of trekking agencies and companies (or your travel companions) telling you can do it in less. On longer high altitude treks, allow for rest and altitude acclimatization days. Slow and steady wins the race
